Today was my first day of gymming after a long gap of 8 months.I started off with warm ups and stretching exercises. I did the following exercises :-
1) 30 mins cardio
2) 2 sets of front raise 10 reps each
3) 2 sets of side raise 10 reps each.
4) Stretching excercise for 10 mins.
